Today is the first day of the week, why not start it off on the right foot! Do you want to be more fit? Are you bored with your current exercise routine or are you just looking for something else to motivate you? Well I am working with CgC Daily to get this challenge out there to all of my followers and their followers as well!
Heres how it works, you need to accumulate 5 miles a day, 5 days a week, until you hit your 100 miles! (Just in time before Memorial Day weekend) Run, walk, swim, bike,hike, anything and everything you can think of! Exercise 5 days a week and keep track of your miles.
We have a facebook page, like our page to show us your participating and share with us your photos and experience during this challenge! Share your advice on how to reach your 5 miles a day or share your fun and new ways of exercising. We want to hear your success and see how your doing!
